Operation G.I. Jane understands how critical it is for a deployed single mother and her child to stay in touch with one another. Project Open COMM was established to help facilitate communication by providing prepaid calling cards, web cam technology, email access, stationary and postage. This initiative is made possible through fundraising efforts and partnering with other charities and corporations.
